Spa Etiquette & Policies
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointments to relax and prepare for your spa services. Arriving late for your appointment will minimize the duration of your service. Your service will end at the scheduled appointment time to ensure that the next guest’s scheduled service will not be delayed.
We strive to schedule our appointments to have little to no waiting time. Consequently, we request that you kindly give us 24 hours notice to change an appointment.
Please note that cancellations within 24 hours will result in the full cost of services being charged.
In order to maintain a tranquil space we ask all cell phones remain off or silenced during your visit.
No glass allowed. Please only bring non-glass beverage bottles to the spa.
Please always shower prior to entering hot tub, steam & sauna room.
Always have something (towel or swimwear) to sit on, and one towel to dry-off with.
You are in a comfort zone; be mindful and respectful of others’ privacy and your own.
Please use a quiet voice in all spa areas.
Used towels go in the large baskets located near to the lockers.
Please always shut steam room and sauna room doors behind you.
Remember to check out and return locker key to front desk.
If you have any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, skin complaints or infections, please discuss with your doctor prior to making your booking.
